TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT:

Our Licensed Dealer Program is simple. Basically, we allow you to use our Proven System of Trademarks, Recipes, Products, Menu-boards and Professional Point-of-Sale Materials. In return, you agree to purchase your Soft Serve Mix and Cups exclusively from us. Check out our on-line store and you will see that our prices are fair and competitive. It's just that easy!

All other supplies that we recommend you use to create the ultimate Hawaiian Soft-Serve Floats® is totally up to you. You can purchase many items through us or choose to purchase from other suppliers. Many items are best purchased from your local market. We are always ready to help you get the best products you need, when you need them.

If you decide to end our Trademark License Agreement, just send us written notice and remove and return all menu-boards and materials that contain our trademarks and any copyright materials.

HOW TO SIGN UP:

To sign up for our Licensed Dealer Program just review, sign and return our Trademark License Agreement and place an opening order of our Soft Serve Mix and Cups.

To request a copy of our Trademark License Agreement, complete the Trademark License Request Form and send it to us.

After we review and approve your Trademark License Request Form, we will send you a copy of our Trademark License Agreement along with our Purchase Agreement for your review. You can contact us with any questions that you may have.

Review and sign the Trademark License Agreement and Purchase Agreement, return it to us, and place your opening order of Soft Serve Mix and Cups.

We will contact you with any questions and for details that we may require for designing a Custom Menu-Board to fit your wall space and store.

As a Licensed Dealer, you will have access to our trademarks, system, recipes, products, instructions, knowledge, trade secrets and valuable know-how. We are always just a phone call or email away, ready to answer any questions you may have.

Semi-Permanent Locations: Use our Mobile Units to set up semi-permanent locations in parking lots, shopping centers, theme parks and other such places.

We can provide you with a turn-key concession trailer and training. We also provide on-going support and supplies, and marketing materials ready to assist you in booking your events.
